No. This is business and practice-building consulting, not clinical supervision, case consultation, or licensure-hour supervision. If you need supervision toward licensure, please seek a board-approved supervisor in your state. This work focuses on the business side of your practice: structure, strategy, and sustainable growth.

What's the difference between the Blueprint and 1:1 coaching?

The Independent Practice Blueprint is a self-guided resource you move through at your own pace. 1:1 coaching adds personalized support, accountability, and direct feedback on your specific situation.

How much does this cost?

The Independent Therapist Blueprint is $99. Coaching is $70 for 30 minutes or $120 for 60 minutes. Group consults run approximately $60-85 per person, depending on group size. Full payment reserves your session; rescheduling requires 24-48 hour notice, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Do I need business experience already?

No. This is built for both early-career clinicians just starting out and those transitioning from agency work toward independent practice.

What results are guaranteed?

None. Outcomes depend on your own effort, decisions, and market conditions. No specific income, client volume, or business result is guaranteed.

Is this legal, tax, or financial advice?

No. This consulting does not replace advice from an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. You are responsible for verifying compliance with your state's licensing board, tax requirements, and business law.

Is what I share confidential?

Coaching is not covered by therapist-client privilege or HIPAA. We'll discuss general confidentiality expectations at the start, but this is not a clinical relationship.

Are referral codes required?

No. Referral codes are optional. If you have one, you're welcome to use it; if not, you can still book and participate without one.

Who makes the final business decisions?

You do. All business structure, licensing, and financial decisions remain yours; I provide guidance, not authorization or endorsement of any specific action.

How do I know which intensive is right for us?

You don't have to know before you reach out. Your intake session is the same cost either way, and if you're unsure, we decide together once we've talked. This keeps the choice pressure-free and lets the right fit reveal itself naturally.

What if only one of us feels ready?

That's valuable information, not a problem to fix. If only one partner is ready, this simply isn't the right time yet, and that's worth honoring rather than pushing past. The work is most powerful when everyone involved genuinely wants to be there.

Can we add the ceremonial option later if we start without it?

The ceremonial option is chosen at application, since it shapes how we prepare together. If you're on the fence, raise it during your screening call before applying; that way, nothing about your path forward is decided before you've had the chance to ask.

Is this covered by insurance, HSA, or FSA?

This is a private-pay coaching offering, not billed through insurance. Keeping it this way protects your privacy entirely; nothing about your time here is filed, coded, or shared with a third party.

Who can participate?

Participants must be 18 or older. The Revive Intensive is held for two partners. The Thrive Intensive welcomes groups of up to four, including polyamorous and ENM configurations, at a per-person rate. Everyone joining takes part in the intake session together, so the container is built around everyone in the room from the very first conversation.

What if we need to cancel?

Life happens, and your investment isn't lost if it does. In the case of a genuine emergency, your intensive is typically rescheduled rather than refunded, so your time and investment carry forward rather than disappearing. Each situation is unique and may involve a fee depending on the rental vendor's policies. The full balance is due 72 hours before your intensive, giving both of us time to prepare fully for the day.
